Before joining Egg Soldiers as Senior Strategist, Tom held senior editorial roles including food editor at WGSN, Pure NPD Insights and Food Spark.

Alongside this, Tom wrote monthly columns for Restaurant Magazine and MCA Insight and was a regular contributor to titles such as The Morning Advertiser and The Caterer.
