Hall & Woodhouse approached us looking for a biannual food trends solution that would act as both a creative springboard and a strategic steer.

With a growing and segmented pub estate, the brand wanted to stay ahead of shifts in the pub and hospitality space, while tapping into relevant innovation by daypart and consumer occasion.

Together, we shaped a flexible and insight-led reporting format that would act as a “direction of travel” dashboard—blending strategic trends, category deep-dives, dish ideation, and competitor watchlists.
