With quality, convenience and nutritional integrity at its heart, this new QSR concept needed an operational model and bespoke menu and that could balance flavour with function.

Egg Soldiers was tasked with building the QSR brand’s F&B offer from the ground up in collaboration with its founder, guided by key market trends in clean eating, protein-forward diets, and fast-casual dining innovation.

  • Creating the Hero: The Protein Tray
    The concept was to be anchored around a standout signature dish, inspired by meals the founder created for his own families:
    The Protein Tray.

    Together with the founder, we created a bespoke recipe for the core protein blend, along with a lean egg-white version and a fully vegan alternative – each tailored to meet a range of dietary preferences.

    The result is a product that is entirely unique to Protein, mate – differentiated, scalable and not currently found elsewhere on the market.
