Our first phase focused on fully immersing in the London casinos in scope, as well as the overall Grosvenor Casino business, customer targets, operations and overall brand.
This coupled with a focussed analysis of local and direct competitors (both market and operational models) gave us the perfect foundations for a series of creative workshops with the client to co-create a new, future-focused F&B strategy, vision, guardrails and menu development roadmap.
