Resetting our perception of baked potatoes for was key for this project. Kumpi is about taking the humble baked potato to the next level and creating truly delicious, modern interpretations of a classic.
What we did: 3-Stage New Concept Creation
Working closely with the Kumpi's founders, we brought the idea vision to life. This started off work concept workshops to define the overall concept, moving into menu and food offer workshops, before getting into the kitchen to develop recipes, hold tastings to sign off on recipes and finally photograph all the dishes. We provided guidance on the service kitchen requirements and, once the kitchen was ready, we trained the team and supported over launch.
